Festival was photographed in 2008, Liverpool’s Year As European Capital Of
Culture. The festival was an “Explosion” of music and vibrant colours,
In 2023 I “revamped”
these images, by darkening the background to make the colourfull African clothes
worn by the performers stand out further.
The event is very popular
providing me with the ideal opportunity to raise awareness for Blood Cancer UK
